How To Order?

1. First you need to sign in from homepage sign in position.

2. Browse product and click Purchase button. Note you can see different prices on different quantities.

3. Go to shopping cart.

Bulk Purchase

If you want to make a bulk purchase for one time, please don't hesitate to contact us directly, we will provide you with the best personal service.

Resellers, Retailers, Wholesalers, Internet Resellers, Distributors, E-bayers are all welcome!

We can get you better prices for larger volume orders.

If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:

  • The model number and description
  • The exact desired order quantity 
  • A general prediction of likely ongoing order quantity if any 
  • What your desired time frame would be
  • Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes 

With this information we will get back to you with a quote for the product price. Shipping costs / logistics arrangements would need to be discussed in more detail for larger orders.

Out Of Stock Items

If some models are out of stock, we will negotiate with you about the shipping :

If the next shipment of stock arrives soon, in 1-2 days, we will ship all items in one order.

If it takes longer, and if you still want to wait for the model, we will ship all the items in stock that you have ordered first. Products which are out of stock, we will ship to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives.

You can also ask us to replace the item out of stock with another model.

If you are not willing to wait and you don’t want to change to another model, you can ask for a refund, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, until time of shipment, no charge will be applied to you for canceling an order.

After payment, if you want to cancel your order, all money will be refunded and transferred to you.

However, we will deduct 15% from your total amount for administration fee and transaction fee when you cancel the order.

Cancellation of order after shipping from our company is not possible - we will not return you money even if you return us goods purchased.

Minimum Order Quantity

Ace Gadgets has no Minimum Order Quantity limit. You can order any quantity you want, but different quantities have different prices. Please note our quotation on different quantities. If you want to buy in big quantities, please consult with our sales representative. Thank you!

How can I trust Ace Gadgets the first time?

Before we start our service online, we already have been in the communication industry for more than 4 years.

Meanwhile, you can check the tracking number, which shows up in our homepage, to see the delivery status every day.

If you are still not sure, you can contact us, and we can send you some buyers’ telephone numbers in your country to vouch for us.

We hope to do business with you. We promise to give our customers the best service always.

What can I do if the quantity is less than my order?

After we ship out the parcel, we will provide tracking number and the details about the parcel.

When you get the parcel please don’t sign your name before you open and check the quantity of the parcel.

If you find there is a shortage, please let the carrier sign on the shipping bill and give us the proof. We will ask for compensation from the shipping company.

Payment Method

1)Payment Via Bank transfer

Note: Wire transfers are not immediate. Inter-bank money transfers can take about 3 days, depending on your bank. Ace Gadgets will begin processing your order once our bank confirms the receipt of the full amount available.

2)Payment Via Credit Card

Payment time confirmation :

If you choose PayPal, Western Union and Money Gram to pay, we will confirm your payment in 24 hours; If you choose bank transfer, it will take about 3-10 days to confirm. Once we receive the notification, we will confirm your payment as soon as possible.

Payment status confirmation:

If your item's status reads "Payment was made", it means that you have verified your payment, but Ace Gadgets hasn't verified it yet. It will take approximately 1 business day for Ace Gadgets to verify a payment.

Once your payment is verified, the status will change to "Payment was received".

After the payment is made, you can send the bank payment receipt by email to: info@Ace-Gadgets.gr. When we receive it, we will prepare the products for you, and as soon as we receive your payment, we will send your products out as soon as possible.

Can we make payments on your holidays?

Yes, you can make payments on our holidays. The payments need some days to come to our bank account. You can make orders online, but we can't send out the phones during the holidays. We will keep your orders, get the phones ready, and send them out as soon as we go back to work.

Are your phones new or used?

All items are brand new, never used. Phones that are "New" are NOT necessarily "unopened". This is due to the fact that we open up the phone packaging in order to check its functionality before we ship it out.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, as long as the address is confirmed.

I bought a phone and it asked me for a PIN code, where do I get it?

All phones come with factory passwords which depend on the model 1122, 1212 or 1234.

I bought a phone but when I received the package, there was nothing in it?!

We want to remind to all of our customers - always check the content of the package on delivery! If you find something is missing or has obvious defects on it, refuse to accept the package. Packages travel long distances and are handled by many different people on the way, and unfortunately there is always a chance for irresponsible or careless handling. If you can detect these defects right on delivery, it's much easier to process the investigation and you can easily claim for a replacement or refund. After you have accepted the package, you have legally approved its condition and have lost your right to blame the carrier for faulty handling.

We assure you - we double check all the phones before shipping and if it's not in it's best condition, we don't ship it.

Shipping Cost

International shipping cost is based on a combination of the following:

• Weight and dimensions of package

• Location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)

• Location the seller is shipping to (destination country or region)

Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where, and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.

After you place an order, you can get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods. It is our advantage that you can calculate the shipping cost by yourself. You don’t need to spend a lot of time to wait for our sales person to tell you the shipping cost.

Register an account on our site, and buy what you need, then click the "checkout" button on the page and our system will display the accurate discounted shipping cost for you in the third step.

How many days does it take to deliver the goods to me?

As soon as we confirm your payment, we will ship out the goods in 5-6 business days, the time will different depending on the model.

Normally it takes 1 week to repair.
